Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes! We believe in not harming animals. Our products are also not derived from any animals. Every vendor has stated that they are cruelty-free and vegan. If a product is not vegan, it will be stated in the description. Our lashes are made from synthetic Korean fibers therefore, no animal hairs are used.
Can I make adjustments to my order?
If your order has not been processed or fulfilled, you may be able to make changes. This includes: changing the shipping address, adding in more items, or forgetting to apply a discount only if the promotional discount was offered within a specific time period. There will not be any discount adjustments for discounts less than 10%. Please send an email immediately. If you want to cancel your order, there will be a 5% restocking fee that will be taken out of your return.
How long does processing my order take?
Processing time may take 1-5 business days. This includes packaging the order and sending it over to our shipping courier. Business hours are from Monday through Friday 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. (excluding national holidays – i.e. where PO is closed)
Can I change the address on my order?
Shipping address may only be changed for domestic orders if the item has not been packaged. Items may get packed within a few hours depending on the time that the order was placed. Shipments are usually shipped out during the day.
The item I want is sold out, will you be restocking?
Some items may be for a limited time only along with the limited stock. Items that are limited edition will state so in the title or description of the product page. Follow us on social media to find out about restocks and new product launches along with signing up for product restock alert emails.
My item came broken/ripped/spilled in the mail.
Please accept our dearest apologies, if this rare incident happens, please email email@example.com with photos right after you receive your products in the mail. Please send an email the day of receiving the product(s) in order to receive a replacement. Darling Doll Cosmetics reserves the right to accept or refuse any claims of broken items.
I got the wrong item(s) in the mail.
We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Please let us know right away by contacting us via email, firstname.lastname@example.org. Please send a list of items you ordered and the list of items that were incorrect along with photos. We will be able to send over the correct products once we figure out the situation. Please accept our apology for the mix-up, mistakes may happen on rare occasions.
Can you pack my order on TikTok?
Depending on the order volume, I should be able to pack your order and film it. During peak times, I won't be able to film it if the order volume for the time is extreme. Ex: One of my TikTok video(s) getting a lot of views in a short amount of time.
I am missing an item or two in my order.
Contact us right away if you have any missing items. Orders are double checked before leaving for the post office. In the case this rare occasion occurs, please contact us via email email@example.com with the subject “Missing item in my order” along with your order number and a photo with the original mailing materials included in the photo.
The eyeshadow broke in the mail!
Unfortunately, this is common for eyeshadows. Although it has cracked, it can be fixed. Use a tissue or paper towel over the shadow and press with a coin and your eyeshadow should be fixed.
Why is my package taking long to arrive in the mail?
Due to COVID-19, post offices may have delayed scanning items and shipping out orders as usual. If your tracking doesn’t update, please keep checking back to see if it has. If your order has been delivered but appears to be missing, try contacting the shipment carrier about your order as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen mail.
Why are your items priced the way they are?
Darling Doll Cosmetics proudly sources products that are great quality. Unique artwork is also an extra fee that I pay many artists to draw or create for the packaging. I try to source the cutest products that will match within our brand and sometimes getting custom made things cost a lot more for a small business compared to a big, well known brand. All products are planned and thought out accordingly. All handmade products are made with love on top of finding the perfect ingredients.

Unfortunately, Darling Doll Cosmetics is not financially ready to take on an employee at the moment. Hopefully, when the day comes, there will be an announcement when I am ready.
Who is the artist for Darling Doll Cosmetics?
Our artist has agreed a non-compete contract so unfortunately we won't be able to disclose this information any time soon. If you are looking for an artist, we recommend Fiverr! There are many artists looking for work that are great at drawing anime characters.
